Sec. of the London & SE Branch and Chair of the National Transitional & Marine Specialist Section of the IFM. A long-established record of promoting and achieving sustainable development and management solutions and for utilising environmental data to maintain improve and develop fisheries management, science and policy in the Environment Agency and predecessor bodies (1976-2011), since then as both a consultant and through his professional Institute.
